There must be a range officer of the gun club/range present on all firing lines when we are shooting, no exceptions.
You need to have a conversation with the gun range.  I would be surprised if their range rules are different. None-the-less, DIVA WOW requires this.

If there is a stubborn gun jam or inoperable gun at any moment, defer to the gun range's range officer to handle
the situation and make ready the firearm, not you.

There must be a safety briefing every week with all participants, no exceptions.

There will be no firearms out of their cases at any time unless a shooter is at their shooting lane ready to shoot, no exceptions.

It is important to emphasize to the shooters that anyone can call a cease-fire and it is all shooters responsibility to do
so if they feel unsafe on the range.

Every participant must sign a liability waiver every week for DIVA WOW, no exceptions.
The gun range may have a separate one to also be signed.

As the League Coordinator, if you shoot during the league time, you must appoint a responsible DIVA to monitor
all areas like you do while you are shooting. No exceptions.
